V1 is an integrated video and live broadcasting portal for China.   中阿衛視是第一視頻集團2016年戰略投資的一家總部位於迪拜的衛星電視台,由阿聯酋國家媒體委員會批准頒發衛視牌照,覆蓋中東22個阿拉伯國家的4.5億人口。2017年5月,中阿衛視獲得中國外交部新聞司批准,在中國設立常駐新聞機構「中阿衛視中國新聞中心」。中阿衛視核心定位是中國人民與阿拉伯人民相互瞭解的窗口,促進中國人民與阿拉伯人民的相互瞭解。

China Arab TV (“CATV”) is a Dubai-based satellite television station in which the Group has invested in since 2016. The satellite TV licenses have been approved by the State Media Commission of the United Arab Emirates to cover 450 million people across 22 Arab countries in the Middle East. In May 2017, the Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China approved CATV’s application to set up a news agency in China, namely the China News Center of CATV. The core positioning of CATV is to foster mutual understanding between the Chinese and Arab people by acting as a bridge between different parts of the world.

(“Dreamroom”), focuses on the development and operation of intellectual property derivatives, and holds authorisation for the “Transformers” series and other well-known franchise. Liangzi Gang (“量子港”), owned by V1 Group, is a supply chain digital trading platform launched in September 2017.   豆包酷訊是一款針對泛95後人群設計的新聞資訊類APP,致力於做年輕人喜歡的資訊平台。豆包酷訊通過底層支撐高負載、高併發的分布式運行環境,基於文章內容的情緒分析系統與內容標簽及協同過濾的閱讀推薦系統、大數據量採集系統及自媒體平台,向廣大年輕人輸出他們想看的、優質的內容。豆包酷訊創新推出文章+表情符號的多樣性玩法,吸引了更多年輕人的關注。

Doubao Cool News (“豆包酷讯”) is a news and information app designed for Generation Z. Doubao Cool News is founded on an operating environment that can support high-load and high-concurrence distribution. A content-based sentiment analysis system and hashtags, assisted by a filter of content recommendation system, big data collection system and self-media platform enables the app to deliver quality and desirable content to young people. The app also introduced the innovative and multifarious content+emoji system that appeals to teenagers.

  Rememball是全球首款AR社交應用產品,它以AR為體驗載體,以AI為技術載體,實現人與人之間更真實的溝通和陪伴。Rememball可在現實世界裡創建帶有定位信息的記憶球,實現場景的AR重現。由此,用戶便可以感受、共築、分享、消費真實的情境。未來,Rememball將逐步實現從非實時通訊能力,到實時AR通信能力,再到實時全息通信能力的開放。

Rememball is the first AR social app in the world. The AR experience supported by AI technology allows it to realise true communication and companionship between people. Rememball allows users to create memory spheres in reality. The spheres are tagged with location information, such that through AR, the scene can be revisited again. Thus, users can feel, contribute, share and enjoy real life episodes. In the future, Rememball will gradually develop and actualise non-real-time communication, real-time AR communication, and further to real-time holographic communication.

  「新體育」也是「數字+新文體」戰略的核心力量之一。2018年10月18日,第一視頻集團6.3億港元收購瘋狂體育,瘋狂體育正式成為第一視頻集團全資子公司。第一視頻集團積極探索體育市場藍海,通過深厚的技術積累、高效的平台運營,精准地抓住了體育產業的機遇點,打造「新體育」業務生態。傳遞新時代文化精神。

New Sports
"New Sports" is also one of the core forces of the "Digital + Culture & Sports" strategy. On 18 October 2018, V1 Group acquired Fengkuang Tiyu (“Crazy Sport”) for HK$630 million and it became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group. The Group actively explores the blue sea of the sports market. Through a rich accumulation of technical know-how and efficient platform operation, it is able to seize the opportunities in the sports industry and forge a "new sports" business ecosystem.
